Transitional Living Program
The Transitional Living Program, Independence Home, is an innovative program in Schuylkill County to serve youth between the ages of 16 to 21 with mental health issues. The program was developed to teach life skills and transition youth that have mental health issues to live independently. Independence Home is designed to serve adolescents for a duration of up to eighteen months, providing an opportunity for development of independent living skills.
