Sample Duties

How would you like to show up for work at a restaurant, a museum, a park, a movie theater and a comfortable and cozy home? Come join the ReDCo Group in supporting people who have developmental disabilities. Help encourage individuals to achieve a greater level of independence. Assist with daily living skills, with personal care, cooking/eating, household chores, leisure activities, build self confidence and building relationships in a community setting.

Education/Experience

High school diploma or GED. Paid training is provided.

Special Requirement

Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have a valid PA driver's license and a good driving record.

Work Schedule

Varied.

Rate/Salary

$9.00 per hour. Excellent benefits.
