Sample Duties

Participates in the planning, development, and implementation of the individual program plans and goals for individuals. Provides social, emotional, and environmental supports to insure the happiness, safety, and health of the individuals. Provides support to individuals in activities of daily living; examples include, personal oral hygiene and appropriate dress. Performs household duties and assists/supervises the individuals in performing household duties to insure the home is clean, safe, and secure at all times. Responsible for accurate medication administration procedures.

Education/Experience

High school diploma or equivalency. Experience in social services or as a caregiver preferred.

Special Requirement

Must possess a valid Pennsylvania driver's license and a good driving record.

Work Schedule

Evening and night shift.

Rate/Salary

$9.00 per hour.
